Subject Firm Testing Opportunities in May

This advisory describes testing opportunities we will be providing to firms in the second two weeks of May for two upcoming clearing system enhancements: 

  • the new Blocks and EFP's module of the Front-End Clearing (FEC) application, with a target launch date of June 11th, and which allows these transactions to be given up and for such give-ups to be processed in GAINS; and
  • CME's new Eurodollar FRA Futures product, scheduled to be launched on June 30th, and which will be CME's first example of futures with daily expirations.  

We will provide firms with the ability to do four full business days of testing for these enhancements during the period from May 17th through May 28th.
